i can decide for myself if i think you/who you are referring to are/is a threat against the safety of myself and/or others. bringing awareness to me is okay, but i will have final judgement. generally, if a person hasn't done anything to me, i will accept them, whether you like it or not.

i have the right to deny a commission.

you may choose to pay before or after the sketch, but payment must be received by the time sketch is complete (larger purchases will receive leniency with partial payment)

i have the right to raise/lower prices depending on the complexity of what i'm drawing

once the sketch is done, you may let me know of any changes you want. please be specific! i will not make major changes after the sketch has been accepted.

this is a digital purchase and will not have a physical product. commissions will not be mailed to you. the finished product will be emailed to you upon offer/request

i hold every right to the produced drawing

i am allowed to use the art: to promote myself elsewhere / display elsewhere / post elsewhere

the commissioner is allowed to: use the commissioned art for personal use only / print the art / claim the right of their character(s), but not the drawing itself / Use the art for self-promotion with credit to the artist

your rights will be retracted if you break copyright infringement

copyright infringement includes: reproducing/using the copyrighted art commercially (making money in any way)* / claiming my art as your own / removing watermarks/signatures, or altering artwork without my consent

*truthfully, i do not put a lot of thought into this & it sounds like more hassle than it's worth. please speak to me further if this is something you're interested in.

i have the right to cancel and refund money for your commission at any time.

the commissioner cannot cancel or demand refunds after the sketch has been accepted.

the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission if payment has not been received or if the sketch has not been completed.
